CrossFit is functional fitness for every level. Whatever your starting point is there is an option for you! Classes will consist of a warm up, strength, and a WOD.
Sweat is a high intensity 45 min class. The focus will be on dumbbells, kettlebells, body weight, core, and cardio work. This class is perfect for beginners and it requires no prior CrossFit experience. This is also a great mix into your regular CrossFit training. Get ready to sweat!
Competitor training is for those that are looking for that little extra push to get you to the next level. This is a higher level of training. You will have your daily strength and WOD, but there will be extra work on top that, that varies from added strength, cardio, to power/ speed movements. There is criteria that must be met before following this programming.
Yoga will be an hour long session every Wednesday night at 5:30pm. This hour will be dedicated to working on your flexibility and mobility. This will help translate into better posture, better sleep, and make your lifting and workouts even better.
Kids class will be Thursday nights at 6:30pm for 30-40 minutes. Age appropriate for kids 4-7 years old. They will be learning some gymnastic skills, body awareness, and functional games. Along with having fun your kids will learn to be in a group setting, listening skills, and start to develop some healthy lifestyle habits. We want nothing else than to show and teach them some great lessons and habits to carry on throughout their life.
One on one training
Personal training/one on one will be 30 minutes/hour long session to help you learn or perfect a new skill. We are also here to help if you need some personal attention and require some privacy. One on one sessions are great if you have physical injuries/ health issues that require specialized help. This will be upon request. Contact us if you have any further questions.
